Cornish Tiger took on a prime location in Battersea Rise, and required a complete refurbishment, to maximise the space in their basement kitchen. Working closely with the executive chef, we provided them with a highly technical kitchen, allowing them to utilise modern cooking techniques, to provide their own twist on modern British cuisine.
