From the same group as Heal's Quarter Café, this new premises had a big front of house area, that needed taking into account during the design stage. We provided a bespoke display counter for showcasing food, which included chilled and heated sections. We designed the kitchen space to allow our client to cook all the food they needed to in a restricted space.
