Chiller Box worked with Yasmeen on the catering equipment element of their site refurbishment. The kitchen was designed from scratch to suit to their style of Lebanese food. This included a custom-made charcoal grill, as well as a bespoke oven for cooking bread. To overcome issues with space and access, the bread oven was built in sections, and assembled on site within the kitchen.
